Marketplace terms

LuaMarket provides a platform where independent sellers license digital products to buyers. Sellers must own or have permission to distribute every uploaded file. Buyers receive only the license stated on the listing and may not redistribute purchased files.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate descriptions, support, lawful content, updates, and taxes applicable to their earnings. Fraud, malware, stolen work, misleading listings, and artificial reviews are prohibited.

Enforcement

LuaMarket may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings and accounts to protect users or comply with law. These starter terms should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch.
