LuaMarket sells immediate-access digital products. Because access is granted at purchase, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or credited.

Review the listing description, compatibility information, seller profile, and available previews before purchasing. If a download is missing or inaccessible, contact Support so we can restore access to the product you purchased.

If you do not recognize a charge, contact Support immediately so the transaction and account can be investigated.
